Hydraulic and Thermal Calculation on Extra-viscous Crude Transportation Pipeline

On the basis of analysis and rheology experiment of extra-viscous crude transportation pipeline, the transportable temperature of extra-viscous crude is determined. This article introduces the design of a 26.4 km extra-viscous crude pipeline in Liaohe Oilfield, sets up the hydraulic and thermal mathematic model for the surface electric tracing pipeline and provides the calculation method.
