Process Optimization on the Dehydration and Light Fraction Removal for Heating Agent of Heat Medium Heater System

  • The technical analysis is made on surge, difficulties in automatic control and optimal operating, low thermal efficiency and emulsification failure of heat agent for the heat medium heater system. The results display that the application of process in dehydration and light fraction removal is not rational. Solutions are put forward in equipment installation and operators' responsibility to optimize the operation process.
