The Latest Trend of Natural Gas Hydrate's Research

  • Natural gas hydrates (NGH) is the greatest untapped reserves of potential energy on earth, also known as flammable ice. Gas hydrates is considered to be "the 21st century's best alternative energy" due to its enormous reserves, buried shallow, high-energy density, widely distributed, large scale. Currently NGH is emphasized by scientists and national governments survey findings are constantly changing. Understanding the relevant exploration, development methods and results timely is particularly important for promoting development process of China's natural gas hydrate investigation and ensuring the sustained development of China's economy.
