The Present Development of Leak Detection Technology for the Multiphase Flow Pipeline

  • The leak detection for the multiphase flow pipeline will become the next research tendency and difficulty. In this paper, domestic and foreign leak detection technologies and the methods used in the multiphase flow pipeline are introduced. The authors give some application examples and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the methods, and consider that the detection system should be further researched in precision, stability, rapid reaction and so on.
