Repair Technology of Tank Single-deck Applied in Shilou Pumping Station

For the repair of in-service floating roof tank, the focus is to control the welding procedure, welding sequence and installation method of single-deck. The paper provides a technical route in repairing serious deformed single-deck of floating roof tank, and introduces the installation step and method to repair the trouble deck. This new technique is applied in ^#18 oil tank in Shilou Pumping Station of Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline, and obtains a perfect result.
