FAHP Method Available to Determine the Pipeline Crossing Program
The paper puts forward the FAHP method to determine the pipeline crossing program instead of AHP method, and considers the FAHP method as simpler than the latter. The principle and procedures of FAHP are introduced. A case to adopt this method in some river's pipeline crossing in Sichuan Province is given.
