  • This article introduces the components, characteristics and soot removal efficiency of HBP-1 Wide-band Acoustic Wave Highly Efficient Sootor in tubular heater and its application in Wenxian Pumping Station, Huaxian Pumping Station and Weihui Pumping Station in 5000 kW heaters. The application displays that this, kind of sootor can effectively remove and inhibit the soot, scale and cokes located at the studded tube of heater, increase the work efficiency and elongate the service life of tubes of heater.
