Feasibility Study on Pressure Testing with Seawater for Tank Repair

The analysis on the corrosion behavior of seawater is made so as to apply the analytical results to the pressure testing with it in oil tank repair, and meanwhile to save freshwater.By the feasibility study results, the pressure testing with seawater on 4th oil tank in Huangdao Tankfarm is made successfully, which display a feasible method to conduct pressure testing with seawater in the lack of freshwater or non- freshwater region.
