The Calculation on the Temperature Drop of Stations-Intersite for Repairing the Buried Hot Waxy Crude Oil Pipeline On-line

  • When pipeline is being repaired, the temperature drop of stations-intersite increases with the coefficient of heat transmission rising.In this paper, the fractionation method is adopted to calculate the temperature drop of stations-intersite for repairing the buried hot waxy crude oil pipeline on-line.In every element, the final temperature is dibble-dabbled by the method of average temperature.In the process of solving the coefficient of heat transmission in the buried element, the dichotomy truncation method is adopted.In the process of solving the coefficient of heat transmission in the excavated element, the combination of the dichotomy method and the dichotomy truncation method is adopted.The computer program is made and case calculation is given.
