The Research of Corrosion Mechanism and Protection Measures of Waterflood Pipes in the 3rd Oil Production Factory of Dagang Oilfield

  • The corrosion mechanism of 16 waterflood pipes of Nanbu Oilfield is studied through a series of in-hours experiments, and the dominant elements that cause the corrosion are revealed, the 2 elements are the hypersalinity and high corrosive ion content of the injected water quality. And the corrosive degree of every waterflood pipe is contrasted under the same condition, the technique measures that appropriate pipes are selected first and then adequate anti-corrosive agent is adapted is further put forward. Therefore, the well control of corrosion of waterflood pipes can be realized, and there is an important instructive meaning for the oil production of Nanbu Oilfield.
