Analysis on the Temperature Field and Thermal Deformation of Rotor of Synchronous Twin Screw Pump

  • Based on finite element method, the models and boundary conditions for the temperature field and thermal deformation of rotor of synchronous twin screw pump are established and the thermal deformation and temperature field of screws during running are calculated. The authors consider that the calculation result can be used as a reliable theory foundation for proper design of screw gap.
