Transmission Error of Natural Gas and its Solution

The transmission error of natural gas is an important economical index for gas transmission companies. This paper analyzes the causes of transmission errors, calculates the transmission errors from measuring errors induced by standard orifice flowmeter and that of gas trunkline and the transmission errors produced from measuring errors. The calculation method on one point transmission errors and synthetic transmission errors are given. The rational control measures and solutions to eliminate the transmission errors are proposed in the paper.
