The Application of High-pressure Air-free Coating Spraying Process in Large-scale Oil Tank

This paper analyzes the characteristics of typical coating spraying technique of large-scale oil tank. It is necessary to apply new coating spraying technique to change the conventional coating spraying method. The process requirements of high-pressure air-free coating spraying technique in preparation, operation procedure and coating spraying are presented. A comparison on different coating spraying method is made and the new technique shows a better result.
