The constitution of loss of pipeline oil is analyzed based on the experience in oil storage and transportation. The paper puts forward some effective measurements including tight line transportation, rational storage of oil, lower frequency of tank loading and unloading, aiming at eliminating evaporation loss, promoting safety and supervision on oil storage and transportation's well as scientifically limiting the loss of pipeline oil.
