The Application of P3 Software in Project Management
This paper introduces the functions and characteristics of P3 software (Primavera Project Planner). This software can be used to link the project progress, dynamic investment process and target management together organically, which makes the project management to be a operational and realizable way to realize the effective management and control on the project/engineering.
