Emergency Plan Design on the Medical Accidents Event in Large-scale Construction Project

Based on the relative national laws/regulations and health management practice of large-scale construction project, this paper summarizes the emergency plan design suitable to the social conditions for medical accidents and applied theory, introduces the design steps of emergency plan for medical accidents, including the collection of basis information, pre-evaluation for initial health risk, identification for potential medical hazards and risk evaluation, as well as the plan design contents, aiming at effectively decreasing the influence and loss due to the accidents in large-scale construction project to enhance the correspondent management level.
