The Study of Oil's Optimization Capacity in Stockpile and Transportation

Based on the probabilistic and statistical theory, two functions of "ratio of equipment overlaying" and "ratio of oil's utilization", which constitutes quantity gist for choosing the optimization volume of military oil's packing capacity, are proposed. The calculation method is presented and the problem of military oil's packing capacity is solved successfully. It also can be used in choosing packing capacity of popular liquid merchandise.
