The Environment Risk Evaluation of Yong-Hu-Ning Import Crude Pipeline Engineering

  • To make minimum impact to the environment for Yong-Hu-Ning Import Crude Pipeline Engineering, the engineering risk and environment risk have to be identified with the feasible control measures constituted for the environment risk. By synthesizing pipeline run risk factor and environment sensitivity factor along the pipeline, the article establishes the evaluation model about the risk degree of pipeline run and linear environment. The risk evaluation for Yong-Hu-Ning Import Crude Pipeline adopts multi-levels fuzzy mathematics to assess the data of environment sensitivity and pipeline environment risk. The authors consider that the evaluation results reflect the level of environment risk about the pipeline to a certain extent.
