Analysis on the Influence of Heating Treatment Temperature to Rheology of PPD beneficiated Mixed Crude Oil

The experiment and study on the mixed PPD-beneficiated Mixed Crude Oil (Zhongyuan crude and imported crude) with the same PPD concentration and different heating treatment temperature are carried out in Zhongyuan-Luoyang Oil Pipeline based on the current operation condition of this pipeline. The results show that the safety and low power consumption operation of this pipeline can be realized with the heating treatment at 55℃at new transportation condition for Zhongyuan crude oil and Middle East crude oil in blending transportation process.
