  • The Hangzhou Bay Offshore Pipeline System of Ningbo-Shanghai-Nanjing Oil Pipeline include three offshore pipelines crossing Hangzhou Bay and each pipeline section is about 53. 5 km. This is the first time in China to construct large diameter submarine oil pipeline. However, the Hangzhou Bay has rough environment conditions and very difficult to operate offshore pipe laying. This paper is a detail introduction regarding technical method and construction process of Hangzhou Bay offshore Pipeline Crossing Project.
