Issues on the Steel Cable Design of Cable-stayed Pipeline Bridge

  • This paper introduces the design conception of steel cable of cable-stayed pipeline bridge, analyzes the material selection of steel cable, anti-corrosion performance, the fatigue of steel cable and non-linear/tension and anchoring. It is pointed out that the radiation or fan steel cable should be adopted and prestress bar is recommended as the steel cable of cable-stayed pipeline bridge in the design of this kind of pipeline bridge.
