  • The heat efficiency of GW3000-Y/64-Y heaters, designed by China Oil and Gas Pipeline Bureau and used in Honghu-Jinmen Oil Pipeline, is 87%. In the light of lower heat efficiency of this heater, the heat equilibrium measurement is made on selected # 1 Heater in Xiongkou Pumping Station. The cause of the lower heat efficiency of heater is analyzed based on the measurement data and suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
