Feasibility Analysis on Replacement and Technical Improvement of Heating Equipments in ZhongLuo Oil Pipeline

In allusion to the short service life, high operating cost and high failure rate of heat medium heaters used in ZhongLuo Oil Pipeline, the improvement program to replace the heat medium heater to direct heater is put forward. The feasibility analysis on economic effect, safety and environment impact is made for the improvement program. The results show that implementing the program both cut down the repair cost and make the thermal parameters met the technical regulations, which can effectively ensure the safe operation of pipeline.
