Analysis on the Origin of Natural Gas Hydrate and its Elimination

The existence of the gas hydrate not only menaces to the gas pipeline, but also easy to form the ice blocking especially at the lower air temperature. If the ice blocking is serious, it will cause the accident of pipe explosion, which will affect the safety and stability of pipeline transportation badly. The origin of gas hydrate existence and its impact on production safety and pipeline transportation are analyzed. Moreover, this article summarizes the current techniques and measures on how to deal with the gas hydrate.
