Problems on Fixed Extinguishment Facilities in Tank Farm and Improvement

An analysis on design, installation, management and maintenance of fixed extinguishments facilities in tank farm is made. It is pointed out that the allocation of the fixed extinguishments facilities should be in line with the GB50074 - 2002. the relevant system on management, installation and acceptance check, inspection, technical reform and improvement of inspection methods should be established. So, the safely of tank farm can be ensured.
