Failure Analysis on Longitudinal Finned Heat Exchanger and Technical Reform
Take the technical reform on longitudinal finned tubular oil/heating agent heat exchanger operated in # 2 Platform of Chengdao Oilfield Center as an example, this paper analyzes 3 failure modes of this kind of heater and presents relative improvement measures. The operation efficiency for the improved device shows that the service life is 2 times of unimproved exchanger with a high operating stability.
