Optimization Design in Gas Pipeline with Fuzzy Method

  • Based on the principles of technical economics, final cost of the natural gas pipeline is introduced as the economic standard of pipeline. Meanwhile, considering that strength, stability, and other constraint functions contain fuzzy information, a fuzzy programming mathematics model is given. The method is proved feasible by example. On condition of safety and reliability, fuzzy-programming has cut down the cost of pipeline and is obviously better than conventional method.
