To Construct the World-class Pipeline Engineering with the Innovatory Technology Concept

This paper describes theoretically the necessity for constructing the large-scale pipeline engineering with the concept of innovatory technology. It is considered that the technology innovation is an effective means to promote economy growth and industry development and key ways to increase the economic profits of enterprise. Take the West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Engineering as an example, the author deeply expounds the concept of innovatory technology with the outstanding achievement in the construction of engineering in pipeline automatic welding, selection of high-grade of pipeline steel, internal coating technology and river crossing.
