Study on Fire Retardant Coatings Applying for Oil and Pipeline

The method of oil tank and pipeline protected by using fire retardant coatings in chemical plant is an economical, wieldy and convenient fireproofing method. The fireproof principle of fire retardant coatings is analyzed in terms of theory of heat transfer. The requirement and design of fire retardant coatings using in oil tank and pipeline in chemical plant are discussed. The selective fundamental, guideline and method are put forward making use of analytic hierarchy process.
