Feasibility Study and Test on Spiral-welded Bend Used in Gas Transmission Pipeline
The author presents a new concept to manufacture pipe bend with spiral-welded pipe in gas transmission pipeline. The feasibility study and test are carried out and results show that tension property, fracture toughness, bending strength and process quality are satisfactory.
