Analysis on Volatilization Loss of Light Gas and its Control Measures in HuangdaoTankfarm

The volatilization loss of crude oil during storage is related to the types of tank and seal. The investigation on the types of tank and seal is made. The calculation method on the volatilization loss of oil tank is adopted to computing it with the determined parameters combined with the conditions of Huangdao Tank-farm. According to the calculation results, the measures to ensure safety, cut down the volatilization loss of light gas and protect environment are presented.
