Result Analysis on Energy Saving for Pump Units Operated under Different Throughputs and Combinations Way in LuNing Oil Pipeline

The comparison and analysis on energy saving for pump units operated under different throughputs and combination way in LuNing Oil Pipeline are made. It is pointed out that the important way to ensure the safe and effective operation of the pipeline is to adjust the operating way of pump units in single pump station and different combination operating ways for station-to-station mode. Based on this conception, the phase Ⅰ and phase Ⅱ operating way adjustment for pump-to-pump and station-to-station have been fulfilled in the whole pipeline and 1810×10⁴ kW·h electric power is saved per year. The author puts forward the envisagement to the operating way adjustment of the pipeline in phase Ⅲ.
