Calculation of Thermodynamic Parameter about Gas Storage Cavern in SaltFormation

The mathematical model for simulating performance of gas storage cavern in salt formation is presented. The real gas characteristics, heat transfer between salt formation and natural gas, the variation in gas pressure and temperature by time in condition of any continuously injecting or production of natural gas are taken into account by the model. The model can be applied for project scheme selection and operation comparison of natural gas storage reservoir.
