Scenario Design and Construction for Railway Crossing with Horizontal Directional Drilling Technique in Qilu Sinopec-Qingdao Gas Pipeline

  • This paper introduces the construction process of Lanyan Railway crossing with horizontal directional drilling (HDD) technique in Qilu Sinopec-Qingdao Gas Pipeline. The scenario design of Lanyan Railway crossing with HDD technique and construction process are described. The authors provide the selection standard for crossing steel casing and coating procedure for the gas pipeline and evaluate the construction safety of HDD technique.
