Study on Shutdown and No-preheating Process of Haisilian Oil Pipeline

The mathematical model of shutdown and no-preheating process are established for heat oil pipeline through study on Haisilian Oil Pipeline. The commissioning process on shutdown and no-preheating of Haisilian Oil Pipeline is simulated and temperature distribution for the soil and oil, the variety of pressure and building-up process of throughput are given. On the basis of simulation and calculation, the pipeline commissioning with the way of shutdown (in the former section of pipe), no-preheating for newly-built pipe section is realized. The site measured data are basically in line with the simulated calculation.
