Optimization Design on Products Batch Transportation Pipeline

  • The optimization design principle of products batch transportation pipeline is that the investment and operational cost must be minimized to cut down the contaminated loss in the precondition of safe and reliable operation of pipeline. In allusion to the optimization theory and transportation characteristics of products pipeline, an overall analysis on influencing factors to technological and economic indexes, such as pipe diameter, wall thickness, numbers of pump station, total tank capacity of initial and terminal pump station, batch and batches, is made, the design varieties are selected, the optimal model is established and analytic method to hybrid discrete varieties is given in this paper.
