The Application of Variable Frequency Soft Start Controlling Mode in the Oil Loading in Elevated Jetty

In the light of unstable pressure and unstable oil flowing induced by the potential difference in TuHa Tankfarm during the oil loading, a controlling mode on variable frequency soft start for oil loading pump is put forward, that is, optimized programming through PLC control system, incorporating PID control into switch control and setting up alarm protection mode of overpressue and emergency shutdown mode of pump.The application shows that this mode can effectively ensure safe and stable operation of oil loading pump.
