The Orthogonal Test on Restart Yield Value of Gelled Crude Oil

The research on the Model Pipeline Test Apparatus (MPTA) shows that the restart yield value is related to not only the temperature but also the previous shear flux, the scope of temperature decreasing when the oil is in static state, the restart flux and so on.The influence of the factors on the gelled crude oil's restart yield value is studied using the orthogonal test method.The importance of these factors on the restart yield value in turn is as follows: the test temperature, these cope of temperature decreasing when oil is in static state, the restart flux and the previous shear flux.
