Analysis on the Operation Cost Problem of Hot Oil Pipeline,

This paper analyzes the operation cost problem of hot oil pipeline. It is pointe d out that the efficiency of pump set and heating system should be taken as a decision variables when the minimum value of energy consumption cost of objective function is calculated; the optimal problem of giv en flow rate should be changed to that of a small flow rate in scope; the operation cost obtained by exp eriment results should be identified on a feedback base with computer data acquisition system to find out deviation and work out new scenario, aiming to control the transportation cost in a minimum scope.
