On the Basic Laws of Pipeline Construction

  • The total length of pipelines constructed worldwide at present is more than 250×104 km, which is an important base to follow the basic construction laws of pipeline transported cru de oil, products oil and natural gas. To follow the basic construction laws of p ipeline can avoid fault decision and economic loss. Pipeline is kind of tool to transport energy sources for the society, and the transformation of economic sys tem provides an available condition for the construction and development of pipe lines. The domestic pipeline construetion being conducted nowadays is essentiall y different from the planned economy system in the construction scope, transport ation media, the service scope and construction difficulty of pipelines. Therefo re, the constructors and directors of pipelines must transfer concept to probe i nto the basic construction laws of pipeline different from the planned economy s ystem and to create a new situation of pipeline construction under the socialist market economy system.
