Technological Analysis on Optimized Operation of Zhenhai - Hangzhou Product Pipeline.

For Zhenhai-Hangzhou Product Pipeline, the process parameters such as critical flow rate, contaminated length and batch throughput necessary in optimized operation are calculated and analyzed. The method to reduce the contaminated volume and to blend the contaminated volume are given. In the paper, the dynamic leakage inspection technique used to monitor the transportation process is also introduced, which can provide a theoretical basis to the pipeline to realize the optimized operation.
