The Operating Process Optimization of Lighter Hydrocarbons Facilities

The small-scale lighter hydrocarbons facilities operated in Hekou Gathering-transportation Station in Shengli Oilfied has some defects in stability of products quality, low recovery rate and high cost of ton-hydrocarbons production. The process optimization scheme of the facility is presented based on the analysis result. The overall recovery rate of lighter hydrocarbons is increased after improved facility put into operation. The article considers that this improved facility of lighter hydrocarbons has bright commercial prospects.
