Study on the Technology of Wear and Corrosion Resistance on the Inner Surface for X65 Pipe with Plasma Arc Powder Surfacing

  • In this paper, the test on wear and corrosion resistance of inner surface for X65 pipe is performed with plasma arc powder surfacing method. The optimum technical parameters of cladding layer are obtained through orthogonal experiment. The microstructure and properties of the cladding layer are analyzed through anti-cracking test, hardness test and metallographic test. The results show that there is important theoretical and engineering significance to solve technical problem with this technology.
