Analysis on the External Surface Corrosion of Boi ler Tube of Oil Heater
The corrosion cause of the external surface corrosion of boiler tube in oil heater is analyzed. It is concluded that the dew point corrosion and stress corrosion result in the external surface corrosion of boiler tube. In the light of low-temperature corrosion by flue gas, the low temperature of tube wall and selection of insulation material, the correspondent measures to deal with the problems are put forward.
