The Application of Tendency Analysis Method in Schedule and Control of Products Pipeline

During the operation of products pipeline, continuously monitoring and analysis o n the parameter variations of pressure, flow rate, power consumption and temperat ure to find out their variation tendency are very important to assure the safety of the pipeline. The authors describe the variation scope, the relationship bet ween operation conditions and time and the application principle of tendency ana lysis method. It is pointed out that the pipeline operator can conduct a ration al tendency analysis on the operation of pipeline by multiple analysis tools, lik e SCADA system. The variation tendency of pipeline parameter occurred under speci al operation condition is summarized, which can be easily used by the pipeline o perators.
