he internal surface preparation is necessary for the oil tank before painting. To avoid the course of rust removal, a new type antistatic coating material is de veloped. This kind of coating material can be used without considering the rust. The paper introduces the composition, rust removal mechanism, formulation, techn ical index, synthesis process and painting method about this coating material. I t is considered that utilizing this coating material can reduce labour intensity and environmental pollution to a great degree with a bright application prospec t.
