Investigation and Analysis on Bottom Plate Corrosion of Steel Oil Tank

Based on the investigation of corrosion of bottom plate for oil tank, the analys is on composition and conducting medium of coating materials used in oil tank is made. It is considered that the solvent, graphite, carbon black and carbon fiber result in serious corrosion of oil tank. Suggestion to improve the coating stru cture of oil tank with non-solvent and high migration resistance coating materia l used as primer, antistatic coating material (high corrosion resistant flake) a s face coating is given.
