Economy and Feasibility Analysis on Internal Coating of Pipeline

Take the actual design and operation of products supply project for Shijiazhuang Civil Aviation Airport as an example, this paper analyzes and summarizes the results and advantages of internal coating applied in products supply pipeline.The comparison on the calculated results of pipeline's pressure drop with the internal coating under the conditions of different roughnesses is made according to different diameters and mediums of pipeline.It is pointed out that the pipeline with internal coating is economical and available when it transports gasoline and jet fuel based on the analysis in power consumption and investment of pipeline construction.
