Cause Analysis on Partial Disbonding of Coating for Buried Pipeline

  • The coating ageing, cathodic disbonding of partial coating and poor construction quality of coating result in corrosion of oil pipelines. The partial dis bonding of coating will result in shielding of the CP current and stress corrosion of pipeline. To prevent the coating of pipeline from disbonding, the correspo nding improvement measures in coating selection and cathodic protection system are given.
