The thermodynamic analysis on oil heater system before and after reform with energy equilibrium model and exergy equilibrium model and the calculation on the site measured parameters are made. The authors analyze the energy utilization for the oil heaters before and after reform. The suggestions on increasing exergy efficiency of heater effectively controlling the excess air ratio and selecting heating agent are put forward.
